The Need for Caregiver Support
The HCEI Solution
An Interactive Seminar
“Celebrating Ourselves: Beating Burnout”
Building Resilience Since 1992
Persons who “care” for and about others – teachers, clergy, family members, health providers - are at risk for burnout, creating huge gaps in care and expertise. But it is possible to respond to stress in healthy ways. Nationwide focus groups held by HCEI confirm the need to celebrate the dedication and spirit of caring persons, while teaching self-preservation skills for the future. This resilience skills building seminar teaches the symptoms of burnout, and reviews options and exercises to utilize in future responses to stress.
Across the globe thousands of persons have benefited from participating in HCEI's resilience skills-building seminar. The document below details HCEI's international evidence-based measures of success: ![]()
